What this directory is
Ontario Real Estate Agents Directory is an independent directory and comparison resource. We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your enquiry to a relevant provider and may receive a referral fee. Referral arrangements never affect scores or earned rankings.
It is built for home buyers, sellers, and property investors across Ontario who want to find and compare real estate agent businesses. We currently list 200 of them.
Who publishes it
The directory is published by Ontario Real Estate Agents, which launched it in 2026. We organize publicly available business information, including locations, services, and specialties, so researching local agents takes less time. Our aim is useful listings, clear comparisons, and information you can rely on. Publisher website: ontariorealestateagents.ca.

How listings get here
We pull public business data and synthesise recent Google reviews into a short summary of sentiment. We do not republish review text. Each listing links out to Google so you can read the original reviews yourself and judge them directly.
Data is refreshed monthly. Every listing carries a “last verified” stamp, so you can see when we last checked it.
How rankings work
Rankings are earned. They come from a published rubric applied to data, and nothing else. You can read the full scoring approach on the methodology page. Payment, referral arrangements, and requests from a business do not move anyone up or down.
How sponsorship works
Some listings may be sponsored. When they are, they are clearly labelled “Sponsored” and shown separately from the earned results. Sponsorship never changes the earned ranking of any business, sponsored or not.
What listed businesses can change
A listed business can correct its own facts, such as an address, phone number, or service list. It can never edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking. Those come from the rubric and the data.
When you ask to be matched
If you submit a quote or matching request, we send your enquiry to providers relevant to your request. We may receive a referral fee for that. The quote page explains this at the point you submit.

- Can an agent pay to rank higher?
- No. Earned rankings come from a published rubric and data. Sponsored placements are labelled "Sponsored", shown separately, and never change the earned ranking.
- Do you publish Google review text?
- No. We synthesise recent Google reviews into a summary and link out to Google for the originals.
- How often is the data updated?
- Monthly. Each listing shows a "last verified" stamp.
